Hull mathcore mentalists The Colour Line know how to put on a show. In fact, I wish they could put that show on right here in Glasgow every week. With a brash, vitriolic and wild set, this quintet set a somewhat dark and grungy basement venue underneath Nice N Sleazy alight. I could count the number of seconds on one hand, that the band spent as a complete set on the stage, with most of the show coming in the form of crowd participation with each member, and sometimes in pairs ending up right in amongst it. For the finale we were treated to a full-on performance right in the middle of the hall floor. What a band, what a gig, what a wait until we get to see them again!
