MassMatiks are a lively bunch of lads who lay down a base of metal and layer hooks and pop relief right across the top. The energetic foursome took to the stage and didn’t hang about with getting the crowd jumping. Firing through a quick set filled with their hits as well as a slower number, dedicated to singer George Peploe’s brother, which ends in a typical explosion of sound. A band well worth seeing and a surprise to see them playing such a small venue.
